Four ministries issued a document: the property shall not refuse fixed parking spaces built charging pile needs

Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Board, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development jointly issued the "Notice on Accelerating the Construction of Residential Charging Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles".

The notice made a total of 11 related measures, including the strengthening of existing residential facilities transformation, regulate the charging pile within the district construction process and many other measures.

It is worth noting that the document clarifies again that "the owners 'committee (or the management unit authorized by the owners' assembly) should, in principle, agree to and provide the necessary assistance for the act or requirement of occupying a fixed parking space property owner or a long-term tenant to construct a charging infrastructure ". And requests the owner to apply for construction of the pile within 5 working days to be handled.
